I wish more places bottled their nitro brews. Founder’s in particular has a Nitro Oatmeal Stout that I’d buy in very large quantities if they ever saw fit to sell it outside their taproom.

They also have a couple other revolving brews on nitro and they even refuse to consider filling a growler of it for anyone including regulars and mug club members. Needs fresh nitro to keep the taste and quality I guess.

I think that might be why I can't decide on this. I'm used to nitro for stouts. And I think this batch is getting toward the end of its (probably short) shelf life and it didn't quite pull off the nitro like a draft would have. Flavor wasn't bad though.

Doing a bit of both right now. We just finished learning the 4 types of quantum numbers and are moving onto configurations and filling orders... Trying to memorize all the letters and what properties they go with and knowing how many e- can go in each kind is really a lot

I want to be a business major. I will NEVER be using this stuff again. I hate high school.

Yeah that sucks about High School. GEs are a lot like that as well. But the upside about GEs is you can pick classes based on how easy they are and how hot the professor is if you’re so inclined to do that.

Ain’t that the truth. I go to the taproom about twice a month for work meetings which is barely enough to fill my quota of the beer and sandwiches - Charise’s Reuben is delicious.

Admittedly, I’ve never actually eaten there, I usually feel to cheap to order any food. I will add the Reuben to my list though, although it has Brewery Vivant’s Duck Nachos or whatever they’re called and HopCat’s fries are ahead of it.
